Eberbach, February 13, 2020: The on-board computer from krauth technology has won the iF DESIGN AWARD at this year's competition and is now one of the top winners of the world-renowned design label. Out of 7,298 competition entries, the best entries were rewarded with the iF label for outstanding design achievements by an international, independent and top-class experts.
The kt 0101 on-board computer was awarded in the product category. krauth technology secured this award together with the design office "andre stocker design". Both are connected by a long-standing and successful cooperation as well as the awareness for sophisticated product design. Good design is not only pleasing to the eye, but also improves the ergonomics and user-friendliness of the devices considerably, believes sales and marketing manager Ralf Höppner. Even at the product development stage, the design plays a major role for the supplier of ticketing systems. "Constructive restrictions and guidelines often make things difficult, but whenever innovative technology and modern design are combined, the result is an excellent product," adds Höppner.
